Mark Schneider
Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Mark Schneider joined Videotel, Inc. in 1991 as the Director of Operations. Mark was instrumental in driving the company's growth and developing Videotel’s product line. Mark became Co-Owner of Videotel in 2006 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer. Mark is passionate about niche hardware growth and has been at the forefront of audio and video development for over 20 years, at both the executive and senior management level.

Mark is grateful to have been in the trenches at Videotel since the early 1990s and understands all facets of what it takes to run a long-term successful business.

As CEO, Mark is leading Videotel’s transformation to become a world-class niche digital signage company that not only dominates the mainstream solid-state digital signage player market but is also expanding its reach into both the low-end and higher-end digital signage markets to ensure that Videotel offers reliable and cost-effective solutions for any size organization.

Lisa Schneider
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Lisa Schneider was appointed Vice President of Sales in February 2011, after being at the forefront of Videotel’s sales efforts in the USA for 9 years. Most recently, Lisa has served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and has been the main driver in building Videotel’s strategic partnerships and new sales and account management.

Lisa has over a decade of sales leadership experience managing sales channels and technology product sales across industries. Lisa is instrumental to the success of Videotel's global sales, including strategic sales, direct sales, and channel sales. She has a contagious positive spirit, extensive knowledge and experience, & relentless determination to build trusting business relationships. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Communication from California State Fullerton.

Travis McMahand
Chief Technology Officer

Travis McMahand began his journey at Videotel as a service technician back in 1989. Within 7 years at the forefront of Videotel’s technical support team, Travis was appointed CTO in 1996. Travis is responsible for our customer experience across all aspects of Videotel's business. He ensures that customer value is a fundamental part of Videotel's culture and at the heart of all that Videotel does.

With over 36 years of experience in software and hardware development, combined with a deep understanding and expertise in the Audio Video industry, Travis has been an integral member of Videotel’s R&D since the late 1990s.

He is instrumental in supporting our subscription business and delivering outstanding technical support that exceeds our customers' needs.

Travis is the champion of Videotel’s technical and development team. In his trademark quietly passionate style, he is a leading force in providing exceptional customer support.

Ava Schneider
Customer Success Manager

Ava Schneider joined Videotel in September 2025 as Customer Success Manager, serving as both a dedicated sales partner and hands-on account manager who guides customers through every stage of their experience. She works closely with clients from their very first inquiry all the way through long-term use, helping ensure their digital signage solutions and directional audio systems continue to perform reliably and deliver strong results long after installation. Customers consistently count on Ava for her quick, responsive communication, deep product knowledge, and genuine commitment to their ongoing success.

Frank Vasquez
Accounting

Frank Vasquez joined Videotel in July 2017. He has a Master's degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University. Frank has held management positions for nearly 20 years in several industries such as Restaurant, Retail, and Property Management. Frank brings experience and a skill set in Accounting, Human Resources, and Office Management. In this role as Videotel’s Accountant, Frank is responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. He also provides excellent accounting support to our customers and vendors.

Ray Converse
Shipping Manager

Ray joined the company in 2012 and has run shipping ever since. Over more than a decade, he has built deep knowledge of FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS — rate shopping, service levels, international documentation, and the details that keep a package from delay or damage in transit. What sets him apart is the standard he applies to every order. He checks the contents, packs each shipment to travel protected, and ships it on time. His goal on every box is simple: the right product, zero damage, and delivery when the customer expects it.

Gavin Knapp
Technical Production Specialist

Gavin Knapp joined the company in 2021 and works across assembly, repair, and test. He builds harnesses, repairs circuit boards, runs all of the 3D printing, and tests both software and players before anything leaves the bench.

He holds a physics degree from Arizona State University, magna cum laude. That background shows up in the work: careful assembly, clean repairs, and testing that catches problems before a unit ships. From printed parts to finished players, he keeps production accurate and consistent.

Mike Lascu
Lead Engineer

Mike Lascu joined Videotel in 2004 and brings over 25 years of enterprise software and hardware experience to the development team. He was instrumental in designing our non-touch screen panel that senses human fingers through standard glass and designed our exclusive Wave2Play proximity and weight sensors for interactive digital signage solutions. He also designed the integration of pillow speaker systems for our UL-approved industrial HD2600 Healthcare DVD player. Mike continues to specialize in hardware architecture and product direction, keeping technology modern, inexpensive, and sustainable.

Edgar Pueblo
Lead AV Technician

Edgar Pueblo joined Videotel in 1999 and brings over 24 years of experience as a Senior AV Lead Technician. He provides top-notch testing and repairs for all things AV and plays a critical role in the final testing phases for customers’ custom-designed solutions to ensure they exceed expectations. Edgar also drives the assembly of custom solutions, from harnesses to motion sensors, custom circuit boards, wiring, server rack testing, and programming custom STBs. He excels at creating, directing, and managing complex engineering projects and products, and has long been Videotel’s right hand for the AV technical team.
